Support Central: A support group for caregivers.𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟬:𝟬𝟬 𝗮.𝗺.
𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲:

As a family member or friend of someone facing memory loss, you know how tough and isolating the experience can be, especially if you serve as their primary caregiver. While no book or training can fully prepare you for the experience, together we’ll learn strategies, offer advice and support each other in our journey. Refreshments will be served.
Participants are encouraged to bring their loved ones with dementia. Our expert Astoria team will lead a fun activity geared to them while you attend the group.
