Impact Washington is bringing a no-cost Supply Chain 101 workshop to for South Puget Sound manufacturers in partnership with EDB for Tacoma-Pierce County.
This in-person free workshop will provide a foundational understanding of supply chain principles, metrics, tools & technology. Followed by a deeper dive into best practices to support overall business strategy and supply chain optimization - creating value every step of the way.
By taking the time to analyze and understand the different components of successful supply chain practices you will be able to identify more opportunities to optimize your efforts.
Workshop content and exercises will help to:
- Provide a framework for understanding what is between your Current State and your Goals
- Enable your organization to be more proactive in your purchasing efforts
