Emiko joins us in the Food & Drink Studio with her Tuscan sommelier husband Marco Lami for an evening of Japanese food and Italian wine.
About this Event

Emiko Davies is an award-winning food writer and photographer. Born in Australia to a Japanese mother and Australian father, she has spent most of her life living abroad - from China to the US to Italy, where she has now settled.

From humble beginnings writing a food blog, she has gone on to write 6 cookbooks, the last of which Gohan, won a Fortnum's 2024 Food & Drink Award. Emiko joins us in the Food & Drink Studio with her Tuscan sommelier husband Marco Lami for an evening of Japanese food and Italian wine.

The menu will include:

  • Curry croquettes
  • Okonomiyaki
  • Misokatsu (fried pork cutlet with miso sauce) served with
    Cabbage and daikon salad
    Lotus root and carrot kinpira
    Braised eggplant
    Steamed rice
  • Matcha tiramisu

Ticket price also includes wine pairings.
