On New Years Eve, Tuesday December 31st, we are pleased to present the fifth edition of Supper Club. Featuring some of the very best talent in the industry, both locally and internationally; Supper Club is an intimate dinner experience like no other.
This special New Year’s Eve edition will take place at The Pioneer, the downtown heritage venue on historic Stephen Avenue. The evening features the renowned Chef Duncan Ly, who is celebrated for his acclaimed concepts like Bar Chouette and formerly Foreign Concept. Chef Ly has designed an exquisite four-course menu, thoughtfully paired with hand-selected wines from Bonvida Wines and cocktails curated by Sugar Water.
The evening caps off in a midnight bubbles and countdown toasting to the new year and ensuring a dazzling start to 2025.

About Chef Duncan Ly:
Originally from Lethbridge, AB - Chef Duncan Ly's career has taken him throughout Western Canada to work at the country's most esteemed dining establishments including Tofino's Wickaninnish Inn, Vancouver's Diva and in Calgary at Catch Hotel Arts, Kensington Riverside Inn and The Vintage Group of Restaurants.
In January 2017, Calgary's Beltline neighbourhood became home to the award-winning Chef and his vision for modern Pan-Asian cuisine manifested in Foreign Concept, which many Calgarians remember as an award winning restaurant full of bold flavours, charm and expertise. Today, Chef Ly's newest concept, Bar Chouette, offers a French-influenced contemporary restuarant in the heart Calgary's beltline.
