This 8 hour course is CEU accredited by NASM and AFAA.
Suples Training Systems is invented and designed by 1996 Olympian Ivan Ivanov. The Suples training methods are designed for olympic level wrestlers but have been scaled in a unique design to benefit high caliber athletes and all levels of fitness.
