Join us for a free and empowering workshop and yoga class for women of color who struggle with taking care of everybody but themselves.
Please join us for a FREE Superwoman Workshop to learn how to remove your "cape" and participate in a relaxing meditative yoga class so you can begin to care for yourself as much as you've been caring for others. This workshop and yoga class is led by a black female therapist and certified holistic practitioner.
