Advanced Business Training #201 of 3. Tech, Marketing and Business Skills. This is the course to take following our Kick Start 101 for New Agents, or for those seasoned agent who need further training in marketing, technology and business skills.

To Qualify:

Everyone Must have Completed All of our LMS New Agent Courses, (YELLOW Box-All Five Parts-12 course videos) All Five PARTS Must be completed. Not just step one. The LMS New Agent Courses include CRM training, Ethical Agent, Fraud Prevention, MBG & MPG, and Basic WEB Training modules.

**In addition to the required LMS completion:

#1. You must have attended a New Agent Boot Camp in Jacksonville.

#2. Have you obtained at least $10,000 in gross sales over the past 12 months.

Focused on Advanced Technology, Marketing and Business Strategy. Our workshop, hands on environment. Engage, learn, explore and practice advanced business techniques, Technology, Marketing and Sales. This workshop is for accelerated business ownership. New technology, developer level CRM and Web training and Social Media marketing and sales. Including more time for OutsideAgents Busines and Technology Training, as well as several Vendor Platforms. Only the serious Agents/Business Owners need to attend. This is an intense work week. Eight hours each day.

This training event is intended for those who that they have reached a plateau and want to grow their business further. Outside Agents supports and wants to help those business owners. And now you feel like your head is in a cloud and need more clarity?

It can seem daunting to go from fledgling new agent to a successful travel agency owner. You find yourself struggling now and are not sure how to move forward? This unique training event is here to help! This advanced training focuses on encouraging the development of breakthrough strategies of new levels of innovation by fostering a collaborative, engagement environment. Agents will work directly with industry experts and peers to develop an all-encompassing plan of business through group work, feedback sessions, interactive discussions, and real-world exercises. The end result, you will walk away with an arsenal of tools and strategies that will have your business running like a fine-tuned motor.

These events are designed for established agents who are looking for ways to accelerate their business. Highlights include interactive presentations on industry technology and social media, business development with a focus on brand building, comprehensive marketing, and promotional tactics and structuring your business.

Instructors will include an exclusive time with OA's Marketing, Technology, Developers and Marketing Experts. Featuring extensive and in depth CRM training. Steve, Chad, Dan and members of our Tech and marketing

Also present will be vendors training intended to teach you further skills from their TA Portals. More efficient bookings, managing reservations and marketing tools. Currently scheduled are TESS/CRM Expert Trainer, OA Vice President, Sales and Agent Development, OA Director of Social Media Development, a variety of Cruise Lines, Tour Operators and Resort Wholesalers. This team of instructors will include exclusive time with shared solid business skills, techniques and practices.

THIS EVENT WILL BEGIN AFTER CHECK IN, AT THE LOBBY OF THE HOTEL FOR A CASUAL MEET AND GREET. OUR FIRST CLASS BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 8:30AM Tuesday. THE EVENT IS SCHEDULED TO CONCLUDE FRIDAY NIGHT FOLLOWING A FAREWELL DINNER PARTY.

Attendance for the entire event is required. Make all plans according to our schedule. Late arrivals or early departures are not acceptable. We are here to work.

Your training qualifications must be complete to be qualified to attend. Expect our trainers to send you a prerequisit or training guide prior to arrival.
