SuperHost Foundations of Service Quality is a comprehensive and practical introduction to customer service best practices. This training provides customer service employees with the practical skills and knowledge they need to meet and exceed their customers’ expectations, including:
- Basic customer service, communication and teamwork skills
- The importance of frontline employees in service sector businesses
- Expectations from the point of view of customers, employers, and employees
- Communication etiquette and best practices
- Service recovery techniques

This fully funded training opportunity for eligible participants with Indigenous Tourism BC (ITBC). This includes: ITBC Stakeholders and their employees, Indigenous people in BC, Indigenous-owned businesses and their employees and the greater Indigenous community in BC and First Nations employees.
