Calling all Superheroes!Shipyard Sports & Events Center is opening its doors for an action-packed week of camp; July 22nd - 26th, from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Each day campers will undergo unique challenges built on the day’s theme - and experience a new sport in daily clinics led by our coordinators: Pickleball, Golf, Soccer, Basketball & Football
Each hero has their own special talent - Super Strength, Archery, Speed, Agility, Body Contortion, Mind Reading, Water Bending & more - so in camp we will explore them all in obstacles, crafts & science experiments!
At the end of the week we will celebrate with a fully loaded ice cream bar & cool down with a massive water balloon battle!
Superhero Academy is so much more than your average sports camp. We are not only building athletes - but building leaders. Each day campers will travel in groups on a ‘reflection hike’ down the bike path. Paired with personal camp journals and discussions on what it means to be a hero - we will instill in each how they can be a true hero in everyday life whether it’s being an inspiring team mate, a better helper at home, a determined student in school, or a passionate citizen doing good deeds in their community.
