About Felix
Felix Ramos is a Product Growth Manager at Schneider Electric where he is currently building a software startup focused on more energy-efficient Data Center cooling. He has been leading programs and projects at Schneider Electric since 2014, building and developing globally and professionally diverse teams. Prior to Schneider Electric, Felix was an analyst within the jewelry industry in which he founded an e-commerce startup, which he later sold to a jewelry distributor in Providence, Rhode Island.
In addition to his role at Schneider Electric, Felix is passionate about innovation and applying agile software methodologies not only to developing software products, but to developing careers. He has developed an agile system of career management conducting talks such as Agile for Career Management and Career Retrospectives: Applying the Seasons of Life to Your Career.
Outside the office, Felix is an avid golfer, skier, music lover, and is actively involved in Boston’s local tech community, including local startup incubators. Felix is a graduate of New York
University and holds a degree in Political Science.
