- 1h30 d'enjaillement supporté par le fameux
- Petite Intro Chorégraphique
Dizaine de chansons avec la même routine pour le refrain et le couplet. Chaque Danse est construite avec beaucoup de musicalité, de créativité et de simplicité pour permettre aux participants de suivre facilement le cours.

Master Class:
- Class that combines dance and cardio, Participants can indulge in pleasure and release
- Cardio, Simple, Fun, Constructive
- 1h30 of fun supported by the famous DJ Jaxon
- Short Choreographic Intro
Around 10 songs with the same routine for the chorus and the verse. Each Dance is built with a lot of musicality, creativity and simplicity to make it easy for participants to follow the course.
