In this 75-minute Yoga Sculpt workshop, we will focus on building core strength through a dynamic and invigorating blend of yoga and strength training. Class will begin with a grounding warm-up incorporating breath work and gentle stretches to prepare the body. As we progress, you'll flow through a series of power yoga poses combined with resistance exercises, such as planks and boat poses, designed to engage and strengthen your core muscles. We will add light weights to increase intensity and challenge your endurance. The class will conclude with a cool-down featuring restorative poses and mindful relaxation to leave you feeling empowered and centered. Suitable for all levels, this workshop will enhance your core stability and improve overall fitness.
