Learn bike handling skills like cornering, braking, and acceleration, perseverance and much more.Over the 8-week program, participants will form new abilities, and gain confidence. By demonstrating both the physical and non-physical benefits of movement, we aim participants will form a lifelong habit of exercise. Sessions are run by accredited AT coaches.
The kids are grouped into ability by bib colour, the time trial course gives them the goal to reach the next level.
All ages and All Abilities welcome.
