About this Event
Body Balance is a Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout choreographed to music. It builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. The class will help you learn how to control your breathing and focus your mind.
‘Super Saturday’ & 'Body Combat 100' at Life Leisure – An epic day of fitness with Les Mills!
Join us for our ‘Super Saturday’ launch event and help celebrate Body Combat 100 at Houldsworth Village where we have three new Les Mills releases for you to enjoy. The day will include give aways, the best moves, great music, and fantastic coaches in an electrifying party atmosphere! You can book each class individually or stay for the full day, it’s up to you.
It’s always fun to train with your mates so bring your friends, family, and gym buddies along! The event is free and open to non-members.
