Cultivate the power to step into the week with confidence and clarity. Students will be guided through a intuitative vinyasa flow and short meditation to set the tone for whatever comes. Students can expect strength building and fluid shapes, building gentle heat and flexibility.
This community gathering is FREE, but donations are welcome because capitalism. If you don't have a yoga mat, don't let it stop you! Extra yoga mats and water are available for folks.
