Join us at Massie for Super Museum Sunday! We are one of more than 100 cultural sites and museum throughout state that open our doors for this free event, organized by the Georgia Historical Society as a part of the Georgia History Festival. Massie's galleries will be open from noon to 4 pm on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Come learn about education in Savannah, Native American history in Coastal Georgia, architecture, Savannah's city plan and much more! All galleries are self-guided.
For 2026, visit our temporary exhibition, PROCESS TO PRINT: Celebrating African American Illustrators. This exhibition will highlight the artistry of published children's book illustrators from across Georgia. Process to Print is created by the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Southern Breeze region and made by possible with a grant from SCBWI. On display in our Historic Classroom.
