Join My Soul Spa for a candlelit Crystalline Sound Bath Ceremony — an evening of deep rest, energetic cleansing, and soulful renewal under the grounding energy of the Taurus Super Full Moon.
This powerful lunation invites us to slow down, release resistance, and reconnect with the beauty of the present moment. Taurus energy grounds us into the body, reminding us to find stability, pleasure, and peace in simplicity — while the Super Full Moon amplifies our intentions and emotional healing.
You’ll be held in a warm, sacred space, guided through a grounding meditation before being immersed in the pure, healing tones and vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, sacred percussion instruments, and gentle Reiki energy.
Sound healing works on a cellular level — calming your nervous system, clearing stagnant energy, and restoring harmony to mind, body, and spirit. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and deeply at peace — more connected to your body, your breath, and your soul.

· Doors open at 19:30 — please arrive promptly to settle in.
· Doors close at 19:45 sharp (no late entry to preserve the sacred space).
· Free parking on local streets.
· Nearest Tube Stations: Wanstead & Snaresbrook.
