Each purchase will get you one hot off the smoker pork butt ready to pull at your convenience! They'll average around 8.5 lbs uncooked, so they should easily be able to serve 10 hungry guests, and even more if youre serving it at a potluck with other sides! Please pick up at Trailhead Beer Market between 4-5 on Super Bowl Sunday. Order through the eventbrite link or in person at the food truck on this Friday or Saturday evening to avoid extra fees. Sales will cut off midnight on Saturday night!
