Gear prep meet time is 9:00am.Gear renters meet time is 9:15am.
Class will include a dockside lesson before heading out and anchoring down inside the marina. We will begin with a warm up before moving through a slow Yoga flow that includes sun salutations and some static poses on the boards. Bring water, sunscreen and chapstick. Wear workout clothes that allow you to stretch. Athletic shorts or leggings would work (please no cotton). You can wear a swimsuit underneath your clothes if you want to.
Those bringing their own equipment must arrive at 9:00am to ready your equipment so we can begin class at 9:30am.
$25 MUST bring your own PFD, paddleboard/fin, paddle, and leash
$50 for class and all required equipment
Please note this is a pre-registration class only. We cannot take walk-ins. SUP Yoga classes require a little bit more preparation than other classes. The boards are quite large and take up space so space is limited to 8 students. We also max out at 8 students because YOUR safety is important to US.
