SUP YOGA - Summer Meet Up
Have you ever tried yoga on a stand up paddleboard before?
If yes, come show off your skills! If not, this is your chance to learn!
Certified yoga instructor and our dear friend Nancy, will be leading us in a 1-hour yoga session on stand-up paddleboards at the Owl's Creek Boat Ramp. First, we will take a 45-minute nature tour while learning the fundamentals of stand-up paddleboarding, then as a group we will anchor down and put our balance to the test!
Come one, come all! This is open to never before beginners, to advanced sup yogi's. It's not called falling if you did it gracefully right? Ahhhh It's going to be a lot of fun! & What night isn't well spent while out on the water during sunset? Professional photographer Robbie Hickman will be at each event capturing photos. Photos will be uploaded to our Facebook pages, make sure to tag yourself!
Duration:
6pm-7pm - 1-Hour Nature Tour & Lesson
7pm-8pm - 1-Hour SUP YOGA
Rates:
Yoga Only - Bring Your Own Board: $15.00
SUP YOGA - With Paddleboard Rental: $45.00
(Together VB Surf Sessions and The Wahine Surf Club are teaming up to raise money for Surf for the Cure Foundation. $5 from every booking will be donated to this amazing non-profit organization whose mission is to raise awareness, and help those affected by breast cancer in our surrounding cities.)
