Swapping your traditional studio for the great outdoors offers a precious opportunity to reconnect with nature and our natural environment and enjoy all that it encompasses. Swapping your traditional workout mat for a paddleboard, focuses both the mind and body as all of a sudden the simplest of moves becomes a brand new challenge.
A SUP Yoga/Pilates/Fitness session typically creates strength, promotes flexibility and offers balance for both the mind and body, leaving your clients rejuvenated and relaxed.
You will paddle away from this course equipped with the latest accurate information and teaching methods and with a better understanding of how SUP Yoga/Pilates/Fitness can improve core stability, strength, balance and proprioception for the body, whilst hugely benefiting the mind as well.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is for yoga, Pilates & fitness teachers and physical therapists (already qualified or those in training).
We offer different levels of this course, depending on how and where you'd like to teach, and whether you already have a SUP Instructor qualification or not. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
