Join us for SUP/Paddleboard Yoga! What a great way to start a Saturday and no experience needed. Never practiced Yoga or been on a paddleboard ... no worries. This activity is great for beginners and advanced yogis alike. We use a buoy line to keep everyone anchored and lend our practice to a nice flow. We will also so have space on the shoreline if you would like to stay on land.
Cost is $25 if you need equipment and $15 with your own board. or a Land Spot. Use the ticket link to reserve your spot. Please arrive early for set up and sign in as session starts promptly at 8:30am
