Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this unique experience will help you find balance and peace amidst the beauty of nature. Sessions are suitable for beginners of SUP or experienced paddlers. Padlo SUP is teaming up with Chelsea from Loving Life in Wellies who is a BCAB Level 1 Stand Up Paddleboarding instructor & 200hr Hatha yoga teacher. "My SUP Yoga sessions are built for nervous newbies and beginners who want to soak up the physical fitness & mental health benefits of slowing down in nature".
