Suor Angelica is an opera in one act by Giacomo Puccini to an original Italian libretto by Giovacchino Forzano. It is the second opera of the trio of operas known as Il trittico. It received its world premiere at the Metropolitan Opera on December 14, 1918.
Casanova and the Three Graces is a 30-minute short film that tells a re-imagined story of the 18th-century nobleman Giacomo Casanova and his three lovers who rescue him from prison. The film is a dialogue-free, sensuous blend of drama, dance, music, and art that combines a Puccini-inspired cello concerto with a timeless Italian setting.
