Trainers / coaches:
Every team with a fighter in the competition may bring in three trainers ("huoltaja/ kulma-avustaja") free of charge. Please name the trainers at the registration. Every fighter must name at least one trainer.
All the adult categories will be contested either under the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) Amateur MMA rules or under the C-class rules of the Finnish Mixed Martial Arts Federation (FMMAF) with three three minute rounds (3 x 3 min). The equipment must comply with the FMMAF rules. The organizer provides the gloves. The competitor must bring her/his own shin guards and they have to be approved by the referee.
The competition fee for adults is 20€ (under 18 years old free of charge) which shall be paid at the weigh-in. Cash or MobilePay. Ask for an invoice via email: [email protected]
Tickets for the audience:
No audience due the Covid-19 restrictions.
The event organizer will publish all the registered fighters after the registration deadline and build the fight card in advance. Possible cancellations may cause changes in the fight card even after the weigh-in.
Foreign amateur fighters do not need a separate license. However, all Finnish competitors and competitors representing a Finnish team must have a valid license from the Finnish Mixed Martial Arts Federation. License can be bought at www.suomisport.fi
The organizer of the event has not insured the competitors. The organizer recommends that all competitors get a valid insurance that covers competing in mixed martial arts.
All adult competitors must show blood test results at the weigh-in to prove that the competitor does not have hepatitis B, hepatitis C or HIV. The results must not be older than twelve (12) months.
It is forbidden to participate under the influence of doping, narcotics, alcohol or other banned substances. FMMAF has the right to order sanctions against a competitor or an official who participates in the competition under the influence of doping, narcotics, alcohol or other banned substances.
The FMMAF and its affiliated clubs are obligated to follow the latest rules and regulations set by the Finnish Anti-Doping Agency and thereby also to the rules and regulations determined by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). The competitors may be tested against banned substances. All competitors must sign the FMMAF Antidoping Agreement (a junior competitor must have the Agreement signed by a legal guardian):
