Known for delivering unique sound meditation experiences, incorporating different styles of overtone singing, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, layered and sequenced playback, each sound bath is a unique journey into the Self where relaxation, acceptance, clarity and rejuvenation emerge.
Taking time for ones self and embody a deep healing practice that brings you out of the cycles of your day-to-day life and into right relationship with your body, mind and heart.
Green Hive are a social enterprise and community hub that manage Seaman's Hall and help the community, you are also helping them by attending, making a charitable trust more efficient and collectively organised, delivering amazing services to Nairn and the surrounding area.

Bring a blanket if possible as the studio sometimes cools down with the heaters being off after the session length, and if anyone is too cold, we can easily turn them on.
