Sunset Yoga with The FLOWMAD

Join The FLOWMAD for a free evening yoga session by the river to ease those Sunday scaries and step into your week feeling grounded and refreshed. This class offers a welcoming space to connect with others, move mindfully, and breathe deeply. All while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Schuylkill River at sunset.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come enjoy the gentle flow, meet fellow yogis, and soak in the peaceful rhythms of nature together. It’s a perfect way to slow down, find balance, and welcome the week ahead with calm and clarity.

Bring your mat, water, and an open heart. A suggested donation of $12 is appreciated but never required.

Directions & Parking:We’ll be set up on the grassy area along the Schuylkill River Trail, about a 5-minute walk from the pinned location at Glendinning Rock Garden, on the river side of Kelly Drive. If you are facing the river, turn right (walking AWAY from the city). You’ll find us just past the underpass north of the Girard Avenue Bridge.

If you’re driving, parking is available:

• In the lot on the Schuylkill River side of Kelly Drive
• Underneath the Girard Avenue Bridge at the intersection of Kelly Drive and Brewery Hill Drive adjacent to Glendinning Rock Garden
