About this Event
Gather in spiritual community for a blissful poolside sunset yoga experience. Beginning seated with our feet submerged in the pool as we connect to the sounds and sensations of Mother Nature, our breath, and Spirit. Then Deonna will guide you through gentle movements that are flowy and align with the essence of water. Eventually moving into a soothing savasana that transports you to a watery oasis in this poolside paradise. Closing our practice with a releasing water ceremony that will allow you to feel lighter and freer from that which no longer serves you. After the sun and yoga practice warms us up, we will cool down with a relaxing and refreshing swim, connecting with the cleansing properties of water and the kindred Spirits in this compassionate community.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
