Belleville Health and Sports Center & yoga instructor Stacy Hudson are bringing you Sunset Yoga on the Square in downtown Belleville, IL on September 26 completely for FREE! This will be an outdoor class at 23 Public Square, across from the fountain. (NE Corner near where Santa's House is typically located) The class is open to all levels of yogis or even those who have never taken a class before! It will be a gentle vinyasa/stretch style yoga class.
A small number of yoga mats will be available to use so please bring your own. The only thing else you will need is your water and maybe sunglasses.
Space is being provided by Mathis, Marifian & Richter Ltd, look for their sign on the building to find us!
Booking a "ticket" through the link is at no cost but allows us to prepare for class size. Though not required its appreciated. Drop ins are welcome!
