It fosters relaxation, tranquility, and grounding, helping both body and mind transition from an active state to a peaceful stillness, culminating in a guided relaxation or meditation.

We cultivate a judgment-free, non-competitive space where both locals and visitors can flourish. The instructor will guide the session using a high-quality audio system, ensuring that everyone can easily follow along. Feel free to skip any parts of the practice that don’t resonate with you.

After our yoga session, you'll have the chance to draw an inspirational card to take home, adding a personal touch to your experience.

Important:

• If we have any important details or last-minute alerts, we will send all ticket holders an email. Check your email before coming to the event.
• If you choose to pay cash, please bring the exact amount, as we cannot provide change for large bills.
• There are ATMs located near the shops at NE 9th St, so allow time to stop there before class.
• If you forget cash, we also offer a Zelle option for $20 per person; please send it through email to: [email protected] *before arriving.

☀️ Arrival Guidelines for Class:

• The teacher will arrive approximately 15 minutes early to set up the colored flags that will designate the check-in area.
• Please arrive at least10 minutes before the start of class to check in with the teacher.
• If you're crossing the bridge, allow yourself extra time for travel.
• If you happen to arrive a few minutes late, there's no need to worry. Simply show up and check in towards the end of the class.

🎒 What to Bring:

• BYO a large sheet or blanket for ample coverage from the sand during practice. A yoga mat is optional; however, if you have one, placing it beneath the sheet can offer additional stability.
• Don't forget a smaller hand towel or yoga strap to assist in some poses.
• A bottle of water or tea. No alcohol if you are practicing yoga for the healing & spiritual benefits.
• Bring something to get cozy for meditation or to shield your belongings in case of a refreshing sprinkle of rain or ocean mist.
• Wear swimsuits or fitness attire and feel free to take a dip in the ocean before or after class ( rinse off at beach entrances ).

Note: Shops and ATMs are available on NE 9 Street, and all major hotels are located south of Vistamar Street.

• Cancellations or rescheduling are eligible for a 100% refund.

We are not liable for any personal circumstances that might prevent your attendance, including travel, health, weather, or other issues.
