About this Event
Join me for an in person yoga experience to move your body, connect with your breath, and find a sense of surrender with guided meditation and a sound bath.
This experience will start with a 45-50 minute yoga flow, followed by a guided meditation and end with a mini sound bath to release you into a restful evening.
This class is open to all levels. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, if you have blocks or any other props you use to support your yoga practice, I also recommend bringing them along!

A few notes:
This class is limited to 9 people. Mats will be placed at least 6ft apart, unless you are attending with someone in the same household as you.
This event is weather dependant and will be cancelled in the event of rain. You will be notified by email at least 3 hours in advance if the event it cancelled and will recieve a full refund.
Prior to the event, you will recieve an email: (a) confirming the exact location for the class and (b) including a waiver that must be completed to secure your spot.

About Danielle:
Danielle D'Souza is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, trained in a variety of styles from hatha to restorative. Her classes combine creative, playful sequences with sound instrumentation, sung mantra, and poetry to provide a unique, enjoyable experience for all levels. She is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others in an authentic and accessible way.
