Sunset Yoga is back for its eighth season! Join me for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session focusing on breath , movement and meditation. Enjoy the serene combination of sun, sea, and fresh air as you take this time to relax and reset.What to bring: yourself, a mat, a blanket, or a beach towel.
Ideal for beginners and all skill levels!
Classes will be held every Wednesday through the end of August. Each week, a new Facebook event and link will be provided. I will also be doing a few pop ups on a couple of Tuesday’s and Thursdays
Class fee: $15.00 (Venmo: Tara-Briggs-4)
**Payment is required upon registration**. If you don't use Venmo, please contact me directly. You can bring cash.
Cancellation policy: No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before class or for no-shows. Space is limited.
