I am delighted to announce that we are back with the latest Sunset Yoga & Swim event of 2024. I will be teaming up again with Lisa @lisaseretnyyoga to offer you this beautiful experience.This will take place on Thursday 16th May 7pm at Chalkwell Beach opposite Saltwater Cafe and will last about 90 minutes.
We will begin with Yoga working on a sequence of postures to warm us up and lengthen the muscles, moving on to breath work to prepare us for our swim (or just a dip in of your toes if you prefer).
Once out of the water and warm we will enjoy some homemade treats, hot drinks or a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset.
