About this Event
Namaste, beautiful souls! We are excited for you to join us as we embark on this journey back to self. The event will start with conscious journaling, where we will get a sense of direction and intention for our time together. Then we will flow into a grounding yoga class, where we will tap into mind, body, and spirit through mantra chanting, breath work, and guided meditation along the way. After your yoga and breath work session, enjoy the calming vibration of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls. As you relax and allow the sound bath to calm your nervous system, you will be guided into a deeper state of love and healing. An empowering message for the group will be shared and integrated through poetry, visualizations, and affirmations. Leave feeling rejuvenated and full of hope, with more clarity and heart coherence regarding your path!
Organic homemade iced tea & a special parting gift will be provided at the end. We look forward to sharing this peaceful time together, as we watch the sun set over the beautiful ocean.
