Come join me as I lead us through a gentle vinyasa yoga flow. We will finish with a guided meditation as we watch the beautiful sunset and will be accompanied by the beautiful sounds of crystal bowls. This is a very special event so come solo or bring a friend! This event is free but love donations are welcomed. Bring a towel, sunscreen, and your water. We will meet to the left of the entrance look for my tall yoga flag.
