About this Event
Let's connect on community land to honor the coastal plants with a tea meditation and marsh education walk!
The afternoon will begin by clearing our energies with blessing herbs by folk herbalist Nora Luce. Then we will sit for a guided tea meditation with Mulberry. There will be space for reflection and sharing, and we will learn about the historical and medicinal properties of this prolific tree.
After we will walk through low tide, as marsh educator Lauren Pavao teaches us about this amazing ecosystem that is essential and as threatened as the rainforest. Come learn why and how we as local can help be it's protectors.
You will leave the experience feeling more connected to the land we live on, in a gathering of community.
