Join us for our special 15th Anniversary Wednesday evening series down by the river. In this class, you will be guided into various restorative yoga poses as you gaze at the colors of the setting sun and our beautiful river. Tibetan singing bowls will be struck on and around your body helping you enter into a meditative state. You will feel as if you totally dissolve into the vibrations and sounds moving through you and around you.
