Jonda guides the experience with the shimmering tones of crystal singing bowls, lovingly accompanied by Victoria’s tender vocals, easing tension and inviting the mind to grow quiet.
The music creates a spacious field where there is nothing to fix and nowhere to go. You are simply held in sound… breathing, listening, allowing the layers of the day to soften and fall away.
This is a quiet reset at day’s end… a moment to settle back into yourself, feel restored, and step into the evening feeling lighter, clearer, and gently renewed.
