Our popular outdoor, no-movement wellness experience returns this July and August! Surround yourself with the sounds, frequencies, and vibrations of sound healing instruments alongside the soothing waves of Lake Michigan as you are guided into a meditation that invites and inspires ease and calm into the body, mind, and spirit. Sunset Sound Healing invites participants to gather lakeside Monday evenings in throughout July and August to embrace our gorgeous summer season in a unique and relaxing way.
Practitioner and facilitator Amanda will guide guests through this self-care session featuring a somatic body and breath scan, enhancing self-awareness and releasing tension. The session is complemented by the soothing sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. These instruments interact with the body on a cellular level, facilitating a meditative state and promoting deep relaxation.
