Please Bring your own Water, Blanket, Towel / Mat / FLOAT. YES I SAID Float or Blow Up Mattress... If you would like to lay in the pool or be in the pool during the sound bath, I absolutely encourage it!!
Snacks are always a plus, your belly may grumble while you relax - It's part of the process!
