A Sunset Sound Bath Healing Experience under the Autumn sky on the quiet, relaxing farm of Tru2Earth Farm in Gilroy and a fresh Organic Farm Basket to take home! Meet local community members, friends of the farm, meditate and set your intention for the day outside with the farm chickens quietly cooing in the background.
Join us for our Sound Bath Healing Experience at Tru2Earth Farm in Gilroy. Everything has a vibration and vibration is everything. Sound healing is a form of energy medicine that helps restore and balance your physical and energy bodies.
Sound moves in waves and can help you release stress and anxious energy and return to a peaceful vibrational state of being so that you can be well and thrive! A great way to deepen connections and heal with your family, friends, partner, team or community!
Soak up the soothing vibrations from Crystal Singing bowls and other sound healing instruments as your mind, body and soul find their harmony again. It’s time to nurture your body like never before. When your energy is balanced regularly, you are able to show up as the best version of yourself in all other areas of your life. You feel better. You think better. You do better.
Kristen will guide our Sound Bath Healing Experience where you will learn how to disconnect from the noise around you and tune in to what's happening in your mind, body, and soul.
