Sunset Series is back, bringing three free outdoor concerts to St Leonards Park this autumn. Experience an incredible mix of live music, creative workshops, and community fun in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.A diverse lineup of talented artists will take the stage at Sunset Series, alongside children’s workshops, food trucks, and sporting demonstrations, creating the perfect afternoon outing for families, music lovers, and local residents.
Event lineup:
Sunday 16 March – A grand opening with the 50-piece North Sydney Symphony Orchestra, performing everything from classical masterpieces to lively swing tunes. Soulful jazz and folk vocalist Billie McCarthy will set the mood as the support act.
Sunday 13 April – An indie-inspired afternoon featuring GODTET, a renowned instrumental group blending jazz, psychedelia, and improvisation. Support act BlauHaus will deliver an electrifying solo set of live-looped acid jazz and funk.
Sunday 11 May – A special Mother’s Day edition, headlined by Thando, a powerhouse vocalist known for her unique fusion of modern soul, R&B, and funk. Natalie Slade, an internationally acclaimed singer, will open with her soulful and enchanting sound.
