Calm your mind with a peaceful sunset yoga practice on the lake. Set against the beauty of an Idaho sunset, this grounded practice is for varying levels of ability. This class offers gentle guidance with options to challenge yourself.WHAT TO BRING:
-Water bottle
-Sandals or water shoes
-Paddleboard (must reserve earlier than 1hr before class if a rental is needed)
-Life jacket (please notify 24+ hours in advance if you need a life jacket provided)
-10lb weight to anchor (optional)
-Sunscreen/Natural bug spray
-Towel (optional)
-Change of clothes (optional)
HOW TO PREPARE:
**Please register in advance as spots are limited, and to ensure proper notification of class changes or cancellations due to weather conditions. Class may be cancelled if we have insufficient sign ups.
It is preferred that you arrive 20 minutes early at Gem Lake Recreation Area to allow ample time to prepare for class & inflate your paddleboard. Be prepared to paddle a short distance to a shallow cove where paddleboards will be anchored during class. Life jackets are required, so please bring your own or one can be provided with advance notice.
Reserve a board in advance if needed for an additional $10 by selecting the paddleboard class with rental option for the date you are attending. If renting, please remember to clean & pack up your board and return it & all other equipment after class.
