Experience a grounding yoga flow led by Kaila Parker of Namaste by Jay . There will also be goodies from our favorite brands and time for community building! Please bring your own mat and props.

This is a donation-based ticketing class meaning we are accepting in-kind donations from participants. For example, you can choose to pay $1 for this class or $100 for this class.
About Kaila Parker and Namaste by Jay
Kaila is a Power Vinyasa & Hot Yoga Instructor at TruFusion and HIT Athletic in Austin, TX. Originally from Cleveland, OH, Kaila had a rocky start to a relationship with yoga—she found it hard to sit still and find focus and constantly compared it to high-intensity cardio workouts. Kaila fell in love with hot yoga only a few years ago, so much so she pursed and completed her yoga training at CorePower Yoga. Outside of yoga, Kaila is working on her PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience at The University of Texas at Austin. This class is accessible for all ages.
Namaste by Jay is wellness collective for Black women focused on holistic healing through yoga, meditation, storytelling, and community building. Our mission is to provide a warm, respectful, and welcoming in-person and online community where Black women can connect, share their stories and experiences, find inspiration, and access resources for healing -- mind, body, and soul.
Although Namaste by Jay’s mission is focused on the healing of Black women, all allies are welcome to attend.
