Afterwards, we’ll engage in a series of three, silent walks with prompts and tips to stay present in the moment. You’ll walk away refreshed, calm, and with several techniques and activities you can use at home or the next time you’re on the trail. Nature awareness and mindfulness practices will also help you form the foundational skills needed for other outdoor skills like plant identification, foraging, wildlife tracking and more!
