Join us for a gentle outdoor vinyasa yoga flow—set to music and grounded by the beauty of nature—created to support those healing from the loss of a baby.
Whether you move a lot or a little, this practice will guide you into a reflective and relaxing sunset Savasana. With mountain tops, a shimmering lake, and the warm sky as your backdrop, you’ll leave feeling connected, grounded, and at peace in both body and mind.
Meet at 5:30PM at G&M Market. We will depart as a group at 5:40PM for Sunset Rock in Dedham, ME.
