Join us for an unforgettable yoga and music experience at Fishcombe Cove—a peaceful hideaway and one of the English Riviera Geopark’s hidden gems. Surrounded by red cliffs and overlooking the sea, this stunning natural setting is the perfect backdrop for our monthly Sunset Flow Sessions.
Each event is guided by DJ Luna and Nicola, pairing yoga with a carefully curated DJ set to create a powerful connection between music, movement, and nature.
For our August session, we’ll be flowing to the vibrant rhythms of Afrobeat—expect high-energy movement, grounded breathwork, and a whole lot of soul. This is an expressive, feel-good practice that’s open to all levels.
After the yoga session, you’re invited to stay and enjoy a refreshing mocktail, a little dancing, and the chance to connect with others as the sun dips below the horizon.
Limited spaces (10 max) so booking is essential! Suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat and blanket, but let me know if you need one and we will be using essential oils to support our practice & meditation.
