Dance - one hour of Clubbercise dance fitness on the beach - led by licensed instructor. Suitable for all dance and fitness levels .
Dip - straight in the sea for some cold water therapy🌊 Please note this is optional…..however be brave! I will even hold your hand 💕 Cold water 💧 is the ultimate buzz!!!
Tea/Coffee/Cold drink, hot food and a cake 💚💜
Last but not least - the most welcoming group of people ever! So, please don’t worry if you are on your own - this is amazing bunch ❤️

Directions - we will be at the very bottom entrance to the beach. Please use car park at Ayr India - free parking. Also use bottom entrance to enter beach - we will be directly to your left as you enter💚💜
Event is free, however please feel free to give a donation. Go Fund Me link will be added & donation bucket on the night. Allows us to keep doing what we are doing 💚💜
