Join us for our monthly sunset beach circle! Every month includes a different theme and focus. Our February Circle will be a slow flow heart-opening yoga practice followed by a reiki-infused heart chakra sound healing.
After the practice, enjoy a warming Hibiscus Rosewater tea to further connect with your heart energy center.
Please bring a mat, towel (or both), water, sunscreen & bug spray, your favorite mug and anything else that will make you comfy!
💚Kindly arrive 10-15mins before start time
💚There is a parking lot with a small fee
💚Restrooms on site
💚From the parking lot, walk towards the beach and turn right
💚Registration is required so I can properly prepare for the circle
