Sunset Beach Yoga and Sound Circle
Come join us for a relaxing evening of slow flow yoga and sound healing at Bowditch Point Park. As the sun sets over the horizon, we will flow through gentle yoga poses to unwind and rejuvenate. Following the yoga session, immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes during our sound circle.
After the circle, enjoy a warming Hibiscus Rosewater tea!
No experience is necessary, just bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on. This event is open to all levels, so whether you're a seasoned practitioner or beginner, come enjoy the peaceful vibes with us by the beach.
